After seeing how much life, energy and enthusiasm our furniture was able to bring to luxury events, we set our sights on bringing Patina’s secret sauce to the real estate market.
Today, our furniture and design services are helping discerning buyers in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Westchester, Hamptons and Connecticut create the dream, and helping sellers get top dollar as a result.
We’re a furniture rental and staging company for ambitious realtors who are looking to do things differently.
They know selling homes the old way is no longer an option, and are looking to partner with people who understand a more modern and design-savvy buyer.
Eight years ago we turned the event design industry with on its head simply by asking, why are furniture rentals so lame?
Combining our years creating immersive environments for top brands, with our love for design, we made it our mission to curate the furniture and decor collection of your dreams and made it available to top designers and luxury brands in New York City and so Patina Rentals was born.
Word quickly spread that we were the go-to team to make designers and spaces stand out.
Instagram feeds were soon flooded with images of our furniture from Gwyneth Paltrow, Louis Vuitton and so many other top designers.
